Cool Air Attitude (song of the day)

I’m starting my new album today.  It’s going to be acoustically based and will feature my longest musical collaborator Jeramy Lamanno on drums.  This is the demo of the first song that I’ll be working on.  I’ve been playing it live a lot lately and it’s really growing on me.   Have a great Father’s Day!

Favorite Surprise

The last day of good weather before it gets cold again.  Atlanta gets chillier than you would think.  Today’s song hasn’t made a full length album yet, but it was on a four song ep I put out called ‘…sneak preview’ in 2006.  It’s been a constant at all of my acoustic shows ever since.  It’s about meeting my wife.

July 20th “Can’t Stop Wanting What I Want”

I was fooled by cloudy skies this morning on the recycling route, thinking it was not going to be hot.   What a beggar’s dream that was.   That’s kind of what today’s song is about.   There’s no reason to think about being in cool weather all day long or it’s just torturing myself.  Also, it’s even worse to constantly think about how hot it is all the time (like I did today).  I used to work in Georgia though, this really isn’t that bad.   On top of that, it’s 130 degrees in Baghdad for criminey’s sake!
