Here’s a playlist that I’ll be constantly adding and changing of the inspirational songs that have been published and released. I actually have about 50 more inspirational songs that need to be published and hopefully I’ll get to them eventually. I get bogged down trying to finish other projects, like the Parakeet Nelson album I am currently in the home stretch on. Thanks for listening!
It’s Monday once again and a rainy one too. I’m not sure what inspired today’s song, it’s another one of those that just popped out when I sat down in front of the MacBook. I love playing simple, bluesy, chicken pickin’-style solos like what I do all through this one. You gotta love blues in F. Thanks for listening!
For about the last six months I’ve been mostly listening to classical music when I’m working or riding in the car. I’ve heard everything else so many times that it’s refreshing to be constantly hearing new pieces of music that I rent from the library and hear on WDAV. I’ll still listen to all kinds of stuff but old Vivaldi keeps calling me back.
That’s what inspired this one. This is my keyboard classical composition.
Today has been a really creative day for me.
I got up fairly early and worked on other stuff and then I wrote this right before lunch and then recorded it after the Patriots started getting completely romped.
“The Sweetest Thing is Everything” started with a few old words about inspiration and ended up like it ended up. I finally got to put some of my favorite french horns into one of these new songs (Burt Bacharach style)!
